About Fogo
Fogo Means Fire
Fogo Express puts a Portuguese kitchen and a barbecue pit under one roof on Route 35. The house signature is picadinho: shrimp and bits of meat in the house sauce, chicken, pork or mixed, in personal, half and full sizes.
From the grill come BBQ chicken by the half and the whole, pork ribs, pork steaks, beef short ribs and picanha. The Portuguese side runs to grilled sausage, shrimp in garlic sauce and the bifana, a pork cutlet sandwich.
Mornings start at 8 with pork roll, egg and cheese, omelettes, pancakes and French toast, and the counter keeps burgers, wings and sandwiches going until close.
